The primary role of the Administrative Assistant for Possibilities Network is to ensure that government contracts are managed and maintained by managing the schedule of trainers, involvement in the hiring process, and scheduling with schools and government contacts.
Ensuring payroll and billing happen on schedule by reviewing documentation of trainers, job coaches, job developers, and all contract workers.
Intermittently, the AVA will support the owner in launching onboarding members for membership programs and special projects.

The Administrative Virtual Assistant will perform various administrative tasks; including but not limited to answering emails, scheduling meetings, and customer support via phone, live chat, and email.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Respond to emails and phone calls Draft letters and documents Schedule meetings Book travel and accommodations Manage a contact list Managing scheduling and training locations for training Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records Organize managers' calendars Perform market research Create presentations as assigned Address employee's administrative queries Provide customer service as the first point of contact Other executive admin responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP Ability to learn new tools quickly Highly organized Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.
g.
, MS Office) Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.
g.
